HUD Continuum of Care Funding

Each Year, the Department of Urban Development (HUD) asks communities to review and rank local projects seeking funding for HUD’s Continuum of Care funding. The FMCoC engages in a local funding process which includes a review and rank process to generate a Priority Listing for HUD funding. The FMCoC completes a Consolidated Application for the entire Continuum and includes the priority listing; each agency on the priority listing submits their application to HUD.

All are welcome!

The Fresno Madera Continuum of Care (FMCoC) issues this Public Solicitation for new Project Applications. We encourage new agencies that do not currently receive CoC Program Funds, as well as current recipients, to consider applying for a new permanent supportive housing project, a new rapid re-housing project, a new coordinated entry project, and/or a new transitional housing/rapid rehousing hybrid project.

The FMCoC anticipates an award of approximately $11.7 million in renewal funding through the CoC Program for housing and services for persons experiencing homelessness, as well as for some of the infrastructure to support our system of care. We are still waiting to hear from HUD the amount of estimated Bonus funds and estimated Domestic Violence Bonus funds for 2023 that the CoC is eligible to apply for.
