Past Competitions

The FMCoC's annual Performance and Evaluation Workgroup will be held on Monday, March 23rd from 8-10AM. This meeting is to review and get feedback on the proposed scoring tools and policies for the 2026 Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). These documents will be sent to the CoC listserv in advance of the meeting for review, along with a process to submit written comments. This meeting is open to the public and all are welcome.  

Additionally, please email fmcoc@homebaseccc.org if you are considering applying for a new CoC-funded project in 2026 and:

  • Need help with a new project design, 

  • Want to learn more about CoC funding, and/or

  • Want help deciding if CoC-funding is right for your agency.

FY 2022 CoC Funding Competition

FMCoC 2022 CoC NOFO Awards List
On Tuesday, March 28, 2023 HUD announced the complete awards for the FY 2022 CoC Funding Competition. HUD awarded a total of $11,693,516 to the Fresno Madera Continuum of Care (FMCoC), 99.6% of our funding request. The awards included an increase of $175,627 in CoC Bonus funding. Fiscal Year 2020

HUD made CoC funding available through a non-competitive process for Fiscal Year 2020 and appropriated funds to CoC grant recipients whose current grants expire in Calendar Year 2021.
